Any offer is independent of any other offer and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offers and promotions apply to one person and one service per visit and are not accumulable.

Any offer or discount is for full priced treatments / services / products and exclude any packages which have already been discounted also Wedding Hair/Wedding Makeup/Hair Extensions

Vouchers must be physically presented or mentioned when booking or at the time of payment and transactions cannot be altered once completed.

Offers may apply to certain services or members of staff only. We will attempt to publicise such information, but cannot be held responsible for any error in doing so.

To receive a promotional stamp related to any offer, you must have completed at least one paid salon service that includes a cut and blow dry and/or a technical service that conforms to these terms and conditions or the stated terms and conditions of that offer at the time of issue of aforementioned stamp.

Any lost or forgotten stamps or cards cannot be re-stamped, replaced, or reimbursed. It is your responsibility as a client to protect such card(s) and/or proof of service(s).

Any promotional or special offer card(s) offered have no cash value and are not reimbursable.

Any product offered in conjunction with any offer is offered solely at the salon’s discretion and is non-negotiable. Most complimentary hair products will be of trial size and are given as an introduction to professional products. Any complimentary product offered has no redeemable cash value, and such products are not for resale.
